LUCY
Director, Lead Therapist & Supervisor: Plymouth and Online

I have been a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor since 2013 and have a wealth of experience providing useful therapeutic support through a neurodivergent lens.
I have a specialist interest in Neurodivergence and have completed many hours of research in this field. I have set up ND OK! because my extensive reading on the subject of neurodivergence has provided me with evidence that neurodivergent therapists work best for neurodivergent people. ND OK! is very much my passion project.
I have a particular interest in working with adults who would like to explore their neurodivergent identity pre or post diagnosis to develop self esteem and self acceptance.
I aim to provide solution focused and informative support delivered through a hybrid of psychotherapy and coaching.
Due to popular demand I currently have very limited availability but one of my lovely and skilled associates will be happy to help!
Monday daytime availibilty only currently: Prices from £70
